PropStream expands lead generation tech through acquisitions

PropStream, a real estate data and analytics subsidiary of Stewart Information Services, has acquired lead generation and marketing platforms Batch Leads and Batch Dialer.

The acquisitions merge PropStream’s property data capabilities with Batch Leads’ artificial intelligence-driven lead generation tools and contact dialer.

Company leaders said the move is aimed at creating a platform that offers real estate professionals enhanced lead targeting, nationwide data intelligence and multichannel outreach tools — including voice, email and direct mail — within a single system.

According to the company, the integrated platform will allow users to communicate directly with property owners and investors, make faster outreach decisions and access automation tools designed to accelerate deal pipelines.
