Ken Pozek of Orlando’s The Pozek Group joins Real Brokerage board

The Real Brokerage has appointed Ken Pozek to its board of directors, according to an announcement on Wednesday.

Pozek, who leads the eponymous Orlando-based team The Pozek Group, returned to Real with his 38-member team in October after most recently being brokered by Keller Williams Realty Elite Partners III.

In 2024, Pozek’s team closed 514 transaction sides for a sales volume of $331.05 million, according to RealTrends Verified data. That was good enough to earn The Pozek Group the No. 101 national sides rank and the No. 78 national volume rank among mega teams.

Pozek’s appointment to Real’s board of directors brings the board to nine total members.

The company said Pozek’s appointment reflects its belief that “its agents, who collectively represent the company’s largest shareholder group, should have a direct voice in shaping its strategic direction.”

“As a brokerage built by and for agents, it’s important that their perspective is represented in the boardroom,” Tamir Poleg, the chairman and CEO of Real, said in a statement. “Ken is a highly respected industry leader who deeply understands what agents need to succeed. His experience across traditional and cloud-based brokerages, along with his ability to scale a modern, media-forward team through a highly personalized leadership approach, will be invaluable as we continue to prioritize better serving agents at every stage of their careers.”

Pozek has over 23 years of real estate industry experience, beginning his career in 2003 as an investor and appraiser. He originally founded his team in 2016 at Real.

“As an agent and team leader, I’ve experienced firsthand what works — and what doesn’t — across different brokerage models,” Pozek said in a statement. “One of the reasons I brought my team back to Real is because the company genuinely lives its mission of making agents’ lives better. Agents have a real stake in the company, and joining the Board allows me to bring that perspective to the table in a meaningful way, helping guide growth, protect agent interests and share the future of the company.”

According to the release, despite his new responsibilities as a board member, Pozek will continue to serve as the CEO and founder of The Pozek Group.
