Merger forms largest Arizona REMAX brokerage

REMAX Fine Properties and REMAX Professionals have merged to form the largest REMAX brokerage in Arizona.

Combined operations will work under the REMAX Fine Properties name and maintain nine offices across the state.

The brokerage now includes roughly 350 affiliated real estate professionals, according to leadership.

Jamie Wong will continue as broker-owner of the expanded REMAX Fine Properties operation. Nate Martinez — formerly broker-owner of REMAX Professionals — will serve as a managing partner and adviser.

Greg Remmers has been named designated broker for Arizona operations, with support from Melissa Dierks and Sandy Karpen.

“This merger is about creating something extraordinary for our agents and clients,” Wong said. “By combining two of Arizona’s most productive brokerages, we’re not just growing in size, we’re growing in strength. Our agents consistently outperform the market 2.5-to-1, and now, with deeper resources and shared expertise, we’re positioned to deliver an even higher level of service and success.

“This merger saw 100% agent buy-in, which speaks volumes about the confidence of our vision.”

Martinez said the decision to merge reflected shared priorities between the two firms.

“The leadership team at REMAX Fine Properties shares the same commitment to excellence, integrity and agent success that we’ve always believed in at REMAX Professionals, which is why this partnership was such a natural fit,” Martinez said.

Wong joined REMAX in 2012 and has more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. Martinez has been with REMAX in 1991 and has 40-plus years of experience.

The brokerage serves buyers and sellers across multiple Arizona markets — including Northern Arizona, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Phoenix, Flagstaff, Peoria, Prescott, Anthem and Tucson. Its agents work in residential, luxury and commercial real estate.
