Rezervology and Titl have announced the launch of RezeLink, an artificial intelligence (AI) solution designed to streamline and accelerate title search workflows.
The platform will debut first for users of SoftPro — with additional title production system (TPS) integrations planned for future releases.
RezeLink introduces automation capabilities designed to simplify multiple steps in the title search process, combining AI-powered data consumption, parsing, pre-examination and hyperlinking into a single automated workflow.
Rezervology CEO Cynthia Waterman detailed platform development. “Our AI journey began with SoftPro because we are currently assisting a significant number of clients of all sizes in transitioning from legacy TPS platforms to SoftPro,” she said. “These clients have already benefited from our RezeCore TPS data migration suite to search, migrate and retain their historical TPS data.
“Building on that success, it was a natural next step to continue supporting them by providing this advanced and intelligent AI solution.”
The platform processes raw search data and structures it before delivering formatted results directly into SoftPro — eliminating manual steps prior to quality control.
Early testing shows impressive accuracy rates
According to the companies, early testing indicates the platform can reach accuracy rates exceeding 95% on qualified datasets while significantly reducing production timelines from hours or days to minutes.
The system includes automated document splitting, intelligent hyperlinking and a hosted interface delivered through Rezervology’s RezeHub middleware. Users can access search data directly from issued title commitments with a single click.

Early access to RezeLink is now open for SoftPro and Rezervology users. The companies said the platform is scheduled for public release on May 1, with additional TPS integrations planned in future updates.
