After spending nearly two decades as an executive in the hospitality industry, leading over 2,000 employees in multiple markets, and building several top-performing leaders and teams, Shawn Zafarpour decided to shift his focus to the real estate industry with the goal of creating successful companies with impeccable cultures. Since 2017, he has been involved in everything from land and townhome development to commercial projects and now to his current role as co-founder and CEO at Cantilever Real Estate.
